Version 0.4.1 released

Good news, yesterday i released the version 0.4.1.

There was a really ugly bug in the "Internet servers" list. If more entries are in that list as can be displayed at once, you was not able to scroll down. Here the change log:

0.4.1
- servers listbox, sorting bug fixed
- missing log entry type "LogTypeJoin"
- missing log entry type "LogTypePlayerNameChange"
- configurable deadzone for gamepads
